It’s that time again! Cafe Scientifique will hold its third cafe of the season on Tuesday, November 4 at 7:00pm. It will be at the Mural Room in Taos Plaza. Los Alamos Labs Scientist Harshini Mukundan will discuss disease and infection. Harshini has always had a deep love of both science and the performing arts. Her interesting take on her field of study makes her a great scientist.
Cafe Scientifique is a non-profit organization that features lectures from scientists from all over the world. We’ve had presenters who have traveled the world and back. Cafes run for roughly an hour and a half and usually feature a fun, hands-on activity at the end. The Cafe Scientifique program started a year ago in Taos. There are also successful programs in Los Alamos, Albuquerque, and Espanola.
Food is always provided at the cafes. Come and join us for learning and fun!
